What to write about

• Questions about how a tool works or what it can do.
• Problems with a file, such as a tool that reports a failed check or a result that is not what you expected.
• Suggestions for improvements, or a tool you would like to see.
• Security issues. Please put "Security" in the subject line. Our security policy explains how reports are handled.

Please do not attach your files

We never need your document to answer a question, and sending it by email would defeat the purpose of a site that keeps files on your device. Instead, tell us which tool you used, which browser and device, what you expected and what happened, and the wording of any message the tool showed. If a sample would genuinely help, we will ask for one you are comfortable sharing, such as a document with nothing private in it.

When to expect a reply

NoUploadPDF is a small, independent project, so replies usually take a few working days. Every message is read.

Why there is no contact form

A contact form would need a server to receive what you type, and this site deliberately has none. A plain email keeps the conversation between you, your email provider and us.
